Community Nurse Crowned Employee of the Year

UK employees from a number of businesses have been recognised as exceptional staff in the One4all Spotlight Awards.

Community Nurse Crowned Employee of the YearThe One4all Spotlight Awards recognises the best employees across 19 different categories, including Employee of the Year awards for 13 industries, including customer service, hair & beauty, e-commerce retail, catering and property & construction being just some of the sectors recognised.

Erin Seabright, an integrated care staff nurse in Medicine & Community at Manchester Royal Infirmary, beat 18 other category winners to be crowned the overall Employee of the Year, following winning the Health & Social Care Employee of the Year Award: “I have been a medical nurse for three years in Manchester now and I feel very proud to have not only been named Health & Social Care Employee of the Year but also for winning the overall Employee of the Year Award.

“Working in healthcare often has its challenges day to day but I am passionate about my job and see myself working in this industry for many years to come.

Winning this award has highlighted many believe in my hard work. I am so grateful for this acknowledgement. Thank you to everyone that voted for me, it really means a lot”

The Judges thought that Erin was an exemplary employee who has supported colleagues and patients through emotionally and physically challenging times.

Each category winner will be awarded with a £100 One4all Gift Card and trophy while the grand prix-style Employee of the Year Award will receive a £300 One4all Gift Card, which can be spent in more than 50,000 stores nationwide.
