HCPTS - Health and Care Professions Tribunal Service - David Graham Warren

A panel of the HCPTS heard that Mr Warren was originally suspended for a period of twelve months on the grounds of misconduct whilst employed as a social worker for Leicester City Council within the Locality Team.

The Panel further heard that Mr Warren’s original failings included not investigating an incident and / or taking any safeguarding action when he was made aware that a service user had hit or been hit by other residents on more than one occasion.

Panel Chair Khairun Butt commented:

“There is no evidence before the Panel that could satisfy it that Mr Warren’s fitness to practice was no longer impaired. It is clear the he is no longer committed to the profession.”

The Panel ordered for the name of David Graham Warren to be struck off the HCPC Register.

Mr Warren was neither present nor represented at the hearing.
