A panel of the HCPTS heard that during a Care Quality Commission visit concerns were raised about his inappropriate and intimidatory behaviour, particularly bullying and harassment, towards colleagues at Epsom Theatres.

The Panel further heard that Mr Henry failed to engage in a formal investigation commissioned by the Trust into his alleged conduct.

Panel Chair, Clive Powell, commented:

“There has been no acknowledgement by Mr Henry of any wrongdoing on his part and no demonstration of remorse for his conduct.

The failings, coupled with his attitudinal issues, lack of insight and lack of remediation are fundamentally incompatible with Mr Henry remaining on the Register.”

The Panel ordered for the name of Philip Francis Henry to be struck off the Register.

Mr Henry was neither present nor represented at the hearing.
