Krastin Emanuilov Yaramboykov (SW38191) has been struck off the HCPC Register on the grounds of misconduct whilst employed as a social worker at Oxfordshire County Council.
A panel of the HCPTS heard that Mr Yaramboykov’s failings included not recording asking Service User A whether they wanted to notify the police after a disclosure of alleged sexual abuse.
The Panel further heard that Mr Yaramboykov did not share relevant information regarding Service User B with Service User C’s mother, including previous sexual allegations made against Service User B.
Panel Chair Phillip Geering commented:
“The Panel concluded that the public interest in ensuring that service users are safe, and the need to uphold proper standards, maintaining public confidence in the profession and in the regulatory process outweighs Mr Yaramboykov’s right to practice his chosen profession.”
The Panel ordered for the name of Krastin Emanuilov Yaramboykov to be struck off the HCPC Register.
Mr Yaramboykov was neither present nor represented at the hearing.
