Social Worker Struck Off Following Repetition of Misconduct over a Prolonged Period

Social worker Warren Oliver Raymond has been struck off the HCPC Register
on grounds of misconduct for wide-ranging failures over a long period of
time, including the breach of 13 standards, whilst employed by
Nottinghamshire County Council.

A panel of the HCPC Conduct and Competence Committee heard that following
concerns about his conduct in 2012 to 2013, Mr Raymond had been the subject
of disciplinary proceedings which resulted in him receiving a final written
